Clock looks great & quick delivery, however the minute hand was bent double at the end when I removed it from the packaging which I straightened. Unfortunately you still can’t see the distortion. I have emailed the company asking for a replacement hand which would be no problem replacing it. I am still waiting for a reply, otherwise I would have rated it 5*
