Delivery terms & Conditions
We do strive to get orders dispatched as quickly as possible and most items are sent 3-5 days however we do ask you to allow up to 14 business days for delivery unless you have paid for our express service, or if your product has specific delivery details in the description. (Excludes pre-order products). We will send your order using the fastest, safest and most reliable delivery method possible. We will select the appropriate delivery method and carrier when you order. It is currently not possible to choose a carrier. Free delivery on all items over £50, UK mainland only (Does not apply to Scottish Highlands) Items under £50 are £5.95. Ireland, due to Brexit, couriers are charging extra fees for delivery into Ireland. So, regretfully we have had to suspend all shipments.

All deliveries must be opened immediately upon receipt of delivery and any breakages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery either by phone or email.
Out of stock products
If you have ordered an out of stock item you will be added to the priority list we work on a strict first ordered basis, products can arrive and be out of stock very quickly. The date we state for new stock is only an estimate from our suppliers.
If you have ordered a pre-order item we will place the order with our supplier the next working day, we are unable to give you a delivery date at the time of order The date we state for new stock is only an estimate from our suppliers.
You have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving the goods under the Distance Selling Regulations. The returning of goods is your responsibility and they must be returned to us in the same condition they were received with the original packaging.
If you wish to cancel your order and return it to us, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving your parcel. You will then need to return the order to us, in its original packaging and at your own expense within 14 days and include your order number inside the package/box. If your order is in a branded box please do not write on the outside, this is part of the product and reduces any resale value. Please use a reputable courier with insured postage and tracking. Once we have received the order back we will inspect it and issue a full refund.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. In this case, we will not refund you. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have it collected at your cost.
All refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
