Received first click which was damaged in the front which was replaced with this clock which does not work. One of the metal tags which the battery attaches to is missing therefore unusable. Contacted seller but not resolved and have not received a refund. This company is terrible, they gone emails and telephone messages and supply inferior goods. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE
